Had water leak on floor at right front of kenmore refrigerator door, (unit 1+ year old) told initial repair tech my take was the freezer defrost drain line was clogged, tech could find nothing wrong and said the leak was from inside the unit wall and could not be repaired, 2 hours after leaving refrigerators again leaked, I took pics of puddled water outside and inside of unit showing water on interior back panel (clogged defrost drain line), called Sears explained issue and rescheduled service, Garth came next day and cleared drain line!!! Garth was very professional and knew what to do, thanks Garth...

The service provided was great, but your policies are not customer friendly. I actually had two calls, to repair a washer for which the part had been ordered and received. Rick repaired the washer quickly and effectively. I also had a built-in refrigerator that was not cooling. He said the policy was not to remove the trim kit, because they could not be responsible for any damage that might result to the surrounding cabinets. He even called his supervisor to confirm this. I'm 74 years old with several health issue but was able to remove enough of the trim kit to allow access to diagnose the problem and get parts ordered. I have subsequently removed the entire trim kit and support braces that hold the refrigerator and freezer together. My question is, if I had been an 87 year old female widow like a friend of mine, would I have still had to remove the trim kit myself or would the warranty company pay a second vendor to remove it and then reinstall it once the repair is completed.

Pleasant and polite Andrew was very friendly and receptive in general He answers all our questions, showed us the broken parts and explained their function He was able to repair the washing machine and left the area clean and in its proper place What a pleasant man with a great personality

Edwin was the only tech that actually completed the job. The other techs didn't even try. My appointment was just reschedule even if my parts were already delivered. Sad because I've been paying for 23 years and now that my appliances are needed the work I feel like I've been put on the back burner. Edwin was the BEST!!
