Matthew was great
No issues with Matthew on Saturday, but this was my second attempt at service. My first appointment was cancelled without notice because I didn't answer my phone. I confirmed every email and text asking me to confirm, did all the necessary correspondence with "Richard". I work from home and was in a meeting and could not answer at the time he called. If a customer confirms all touch points via text and email, the service tech should not cancel due to "I'm an hour and a half away". I feel my first appointment was cancelled because frankly the tech was inconvenienced and didn't want to come. I called him back, and got his voicemail. Left him a message asking him what I was supposed to do? Never heard from him, just ended up going back online and requesting a Saturday appt since I couldn't trust that another weekday appt wouldn't be cancelled.
