Jeremiah was able to determine that my refrigerator needs to be replaced after many techs have ordered and replaced many parts, including the compressor which one of the tech fried by wrongful installation previously ordered parts. The problem which started since July of last year persisted. it took Sears 7months to figure that out and to approve replacement. I hope that the replacement refrigerator will not take that long, given the fact that I have been tortured with more than 30 rescheduling and cancelations. Thank you Jeremiah for answering my questions and patiently trying to fix my refrigerator. You didn't not follow the footsteps of other techs who always asked me to wait for 24 to 48hrs to see if the refrigerator will start cooling even after being told that the previous tech have already did what they were about to do but failed to resolve the issues Thereby causing waste of resources and time and increasing distrust between sears and their Customers. I hate to write this reviews but i have had a very horrible experience with Sears home warranty. How can anyone with family and children survive without a refrigerator for more than 7 months?. My ordeal is not yet over because I have not received the replacement refrigerator or any evidence that it will actually be replaced yet from Sears home warranty replacement Depth. I'm just hoping that the information given to me by the tech is true.
