In short Edward is the prototype of a Brand Ambassador. After arriving on time and assessing the situation, Edward explained the diagnosis and relayed my options. The work began. Not only did Edward know his stuff, but he put everything back in its place when he was done. I could not change the washer pump. Edward did and today, he is our hero! Thank you Edward!
