I am 78 and don't know plumbing. All I knew was my sink was stopped up. If any one had asked me if the disposal was working I would have said yes and them nobody would have had to come Jesse helped me get the water out of the pipes and said Sears don't do plumbing so he left and now I need a plumber to use a snake he said to unclog the pipes All I knew was sink was stopped up My fault The next time I call for help I will have lots of questions to ask before I make an appointment. Thanks
