Shawn arrived promptly and expertly examined my 13 year old Kenmore refrigerator. He explained how my particular model circulated the cold air from the freezer to cool the refrigerator side with a fan that was currently being obstructed. When the obstruction was removed, voila!, air flow commenced and the unit has been appropriately cold since then! (I previously had a repair person for this issue who misinterpreted the same symptons.) I'm thrilled not to worry about spoiled milk and preaching to my partner about closing the fridge door.
