Called when he was on his way. Replaced damaged dryer parts quickly and made sure the dryer worked before he left. Very polite and professional.

The job involved replacing an ancient icemaker. Despite being the correct part, its newness meant it didn't exactly line up with the existing space. Shane totally MacGyvered it - tweeked it here, shaved off a bit there - and got the new part comfortably fitted into the old fridge. Works perfectly.

Washer stopped spinning yesterday. Called and was able to get a service call today. Polite and friendly service man. Same issue with the wiring becoming disconnected. So thankful. Once the appointment was made it was seamless. The call center is still the biggest headache.
