Roberto the technician that came to my home to troubleshoot the problem and also returned to replace the parts he ordered was absolutely terrific. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no problem with Roberto at all and was very satisfied with his service. The problem I had was with my scheduled appointments being cancelled or rescheduled six(6) times. This was the second time I have had terrible service it was 1 month and 2 days from first service request until today to get the dryer fixed. During Covid it took Sears 10 months to fix my washer. Needless to say your department that schedules appointment has serious issues. I have had service agreements with you all for over 30 years and service is not getting any better.

My washer died last night. The technician took it apart to find nothing wrong with it. I have no idea what went wrong but the washer works perfectly today. At least I know there is nothing wrong with it. The technician was very thorough so I know he is right about nothing being wrong with it.
