Luis looked over the refrigerator and talked to me about what he was checking. He was very knowledgeable and told me about the home warranty that would cover my appliances if there was an issue with them later. Luckily this visit no issue was found.

Ramon was very courteous and polite. But his coming in was waste of time for me and him. I am disappointed how Sears provides Customer Service. The previous technician reported the part information which he thought needs to be replaced. However the parts are no longer available. To send another technician to say the same thing is wate of time and money. I am disappointed that I still don't have a washer and I can't wash our clothes.
