I liked William very much. But I'm Disappointed with Sears in not keeping the set appointments. Sat home 2 full days waiting for a technician to arrive and never did. Both appointments were rescheduled but Sears.

Leroy was a great tech. He quickly diagnosed the problem and he had the part on hand. He repaired the stove quickly and performed some minor preventive maintenance. We've never had a problem with Sears technicians.
