Juan arrived on time, and I walked him through the issue. After a short time troubleshooting, he was able to diagnose the problem and clearly explain the cost to repair it. Unfortunately, the repair cost was nearly the same as replacing the unit, so I chose not to move forward. There was absolutely no sales pressure—Juan completely understood my decision and was professional and courteous throughout the entire interaction.

James told me they were here last week on Tuesday & Thursday. Why did you not put me on one of those days? That is pathetic lousy service. James is always great but that's just Sickening that you made me wait 1 entire extra week to get service. James was also... confused why you didn't get me scheduled for last week. That's unacceptable!! Sickening actually is what that was. I rebuke it too!!!
