Christopher O. was on time for the 8-12 time slot (2nd visit by Sears). He diagnosed the problem very quickly and proceeded to replace the compressor and control board. He estimated that it will take ~ 2 hours. Very courteous guy and very skillful. Fridge / freezer was running again in the evening, and making ice. Great job! Very happy with his visit.
