Several previous were canceled by Sears on both my washer and dryer resulting in wasting my time and having to wait almost 2 months to get these items fixed which defeats the purpose of having a maintenance agreement. My many calls to customer service only verified that Sears structure is not no way near appropriately setup to correct these situations. I will not renew my agreement nor do business with sears in the future nor will I recommend you to anyone.

With both visits Joseph arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and the following week installed the part and got my dryer running well. He was helpful and informative about the work he did.
