Bryan's service was excellent. However the overall satisfaction with seats was terrible and I would not use again!!! It took 5 times for sears to get the job done. Very disappointing!!!

It was good, I wish when I called if the person would have asked me more questions about my problem, as it turned out, it was a matter of pushing a button to turn cool on instead it had gotten turned off. A waste of time and money. He did clean the vent underneath for additional $50.00 Thank you
