First of all, he sent an email to tell me exactly what time he would be arriving, saving me from having to wake up at 7:30 a.m.! What a great gesture that was. When he arrived with a smile and a quick assessment of my problem, it made me feel even better! If I could, I would have Saifudin as my one and only Sears repair person!
