Great service, on time, excellent technician
Josh arrived on initial visit, diagnosed problem, ordered part and came back to install and cleaned dryer for an additional $50. Grateful for his competence, integrity, communications and courtesy. BTW, when you enter a model number on a service request, OMIT THE "." (Period) usually before last three characters

Khalid is a great technician! He determined the problem promptly and was friendly and courteous while he was here. A part had to be ordered and he came back on the schedule day to complete the job. The only complaint I have is not with him, but the way the appointments are scheduled. On both occasions, he arrived a few hours past the four hour block that I was given for his arrival. Don't feel this is his problem because he doesn't do the scheduling.
