The visit was great, James diagnosed and repaired the issue within 45 minutes. Much quicker then I had imagined it going. Thanks!! Nice to have a quiet dryer again.

Not sure where the breakdown was but finally on the 3rd try a service man showed up to install an ice maker…it was at 3 o'clock but i was told he would be there btw 8-12…Mark was very professional and sincere..definitely 5 stars Appointment setters gets no stars…

Communication can be better especially when there is an appointment and no one showed up for days and I had to keep calling with no answer. The wait time is too long customers should not have to wait a full day to know when it's there turn and at the end the Technician did not show up for a week later after I had to keep calling Sears with no live people to talk with.
