Lito arrived near his scheduled time and was friendly, efficient and quick to repair our appliance. If Sears Customer Service representatives were better informed and able to respond to questions from customers regarding deliveries of parts, delays, reschedules for service and updates, as efficiently and well trained as Little, Sears would be a good and reputable company!

Mohammad A arrived on time, quickly identified the issue which was a frayed belt on the dryer, cleaned the inside, replaced the belt, put it back together and tested it in less than an hour.
