Mr. Jorge showed me my compressor and explained to me why I was hearing the noise and once the door opens I no longer hear the noise. He was professional and helpful. He explained the benefits of having a Sears home warranty. I signed up for the whole house plan, monthly payment. When I figure the cost of things I've already paid for and the benefit of having the plan. It benefited me to have the Sears plan.
