In less than five minutes Bill had already determined that the ordered replacement part was not needed. Bill did an outstanding job troubleshooting the issues and provide valuable customer education on the issues and solutions. On a side note, the Sears Home Service customer service phone is only a phone tree and you are not able to reach an actual human on the other end.
