Our 9 year old Refrigerator stopped cooling. We contacted Seats home services and were put on the schedule for the next day. Cheikh, the tech arrived on time the following morning and quickly determined the compressor had stopped working and needed to be replaced. The parts were ordered and unfortunately had a one week lead time. Once the parts were received Cheikh came and replaced them. The refrigerator is repaired and hopefully will last another 9 or more years. Cheikh is an excellent technician and followed through on everything he said he would do. Thank you!
