Farzad arrived about in the middle of the scheduled window of time. He was knowledgeable & had no difficulty diagnosing the problem my dryer is having. Unfortunately, it was necessary for him to recommend that I hire a different workman to solve the problem, though. He'd just been sent to diagnose it. So my dryer is still down. Of course, I would have liked for the visit to also include the needed fix, but that apparently is the way Sears Home Service has set up the program. It's not in any way a negative against Farzad's work.

Original and service was dated 3/21/25. Your tech, Bill was on site and ordered the Lamp. It was received the next day. From then on the actual replacement took three (3) reschedules to finish the work. The work order was finally finished on 4/17/25. The delay is your problem not the Technician's. You do not offer a way to check on the status of a work order on-line for the day it is to be performed. That needs to change. Your Technician BILL was wonderful on the initial service visit. When he returned to install the Lamp Bill did a tremendous job. He is an asset to A&E. Your Technician, Bill is timely and very knowledgeable. It was pleasure watching him perform his tasks. Please relay to Technician Bill our satisfaction in his work. Thank you, Roger U

All went well with Rubin. No one showed for my scheduled service appointment three days earlier and I was not notified it was cancelled. This was frustrating. Rubin said the appointment was removed from his schedule that day.
