Jesse did a great job on checking and evaluating the problems with my microwave. He replaced several parts on it. It works great now. I would like to say thank you for the excellent customer service

Rudy was very thorough when trying to identify the problem with my oven. He also communicated the steps he was taking to find the issue w/my oven. He ended up confirming our suspicions and advised us of next steps to have problem fixed. You just don't find repair people like him in this very busy & very hectic world today. Rudy is definitely a Keeper, Sears!!😊
