I was ready to break my contract with Sears, as I have been waiting a week for service. I was scheduled for last Saturday and got an email at 4:47pm that "whoops, looks like we missed you". I was sitting at home, waiting for the technician to arrive. So to be told that I left my home, made me furious. I was then scheduled and rescheduled four times to arrive at today. Manzoor, called first to let me know he was on his way, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As soon as he looked inside my washer, he diagnosed that it was a water pump issue. Thankfully, he had the part on his truck. He installed, ran two tests and left me a very happy customer. I want Manzoor every time!
