Roberts showed up and miracles happened. The machine started doing its job. He told me the gear box was likely going to go out. He told me the price to replace and I practically fainted. I gladly paid the amt for the call and will be on the look out for a new washer. I am sad that there is no place to buy another Kenmore. It's the only brand I've owned .
