Your technician Rancarlos is an Excellent , awesome patient, knowledgeable, technician. He fixed my refrigerator. He went above and beyond, and noticed that the seal was not working properly and he fixed that too!!! His attitude was awesome. He was there to solve the problem. Thank you Carlos!!!

Communication- 5 Efficient - 5 Clean up- 5 Hector was kind and communicative, he explained in detail what the problem was and how to repair it. Hector was patient and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions, and explained probable causes for the problem.

Thomas arrived on time. Upon arrival he checked out my Kenmore washer and gave me not only an estimate but the wonderful news that the part needed was on his van. Thomas then proceeded to open up the washer and replace the troublesome part. No water got on the floor. All was done perfectly. Thank you Thomas.
