Friendly and knowledgeable
Manny was great! Very thorough, keeping me apprised of what he was doing every step of the way. Unfortunately the cost to repair was the same as buying a new refrigerator so that was disappointing.

Inclement weather delayed 9:00 AM arrival to 11:25 AM. Floyd V notified of rescheduled arrival by text. He arrived promptly and apologetically. He diagnosed the microwaves condition & contacted Sears the Model Number to find the part is unavailable. Informed replacement information would be forthcoming. Advised me builder installed GFI plug needed removal & replaced with compatible Non-GFI plug. Floyd was thorough in his assessment, friendly cordial as he went about his job promptly &: efficiently. I rate Floyd *****.
