Chris is a true professional. He is very pleasant and came right in and diagnosed the problem. He has a great attitude and shows that he loves what he is doing. When he returned to put the part on and I let him in even though he knew where the dryer was he did not go straight there. I had to tell him you know where it is. He then moved to the laundry room and fixed my dryer. That really impressed me that he just did not assumed that it was ok to just proceed because he had been there before. Thank you Chris for your professionalism. I would prefer you to come anytime that I have a problem with my appliances. Again thank you, I appreciate you. You my 10!!!!
