I set the appointment online for washer machine repair on Saturday evening. I received an immediate response and appointment was set for today( 2 days later) between 8-5. Tech Guoxiong arrived at 8am well prepared to fix my machine. He diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts on his truck and repaired the machine very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job at hand. Best experience I've had in a very long time regarding home repairs. Thank you Sears!
