My service tech Ujwal was the very best in servicing my dryer! He not only was fast and efficient, he cared about what he was doing and was extremely informative and helpful. He was so knowledgeable and skilled at performing the repair, I was able to gather information about my appliance and care for it properly in the future. He went above and beyond and now we don't want anyone but him if ever there's a problem again! Thank You!

Nicholas was very thorough the problem with our refrigerator. Informed us about the Home Protection Plan and explained the advantages. Sold us on it. But, when he called to sign us up, he was told you didn't cover this zip code. Disappointed since the refrigerator he checked is a Kenmore, your brand. Someone needs to rethink this decision. BIG MISTAKE!
