Technician Adair went above and beyond to ensure the repair was performed. Adair was not the technician who was originally scheduled to handle this repair. The original technician did not show up so the repair had to be rescheduled 6 times! Finally, Adair was given the task and he went out of his way to chase down the replacement part and arrange for the repair to be done. I am very happy with his involvement and I would highly recommend his services!
