Jebidiah was prompt and easy to have a conversation with. He fixed the dryer and when he was leaving he noticed that a screw on the door knob was loose. He tighten it and said "that's one less thing that I would have to do".

After Stephen C has been here four times to diagnose and replace the compressor three times of none of them worked. It is now up to Sears to decide what to do with our refrigerator. However, Stephen is an excellent technician. I would recommend him to anyone to do any repair in our house or their house. I don't know what else to say other than he would get five stars or 10 whichever is the best to do Repair work
