We scheduled service for 4/28 which was canceled. We rescheduled for 5/1. Canceled again. Technician showed up about 10 am on5/2. Identified the problem in 5 minutes. Had it fixed in half an hour. Technician rating 10. Sears service rating in the toilet.

The technician was excellent in his repair and timely coming out to the home after a technician was able to come out. However, I was overall disappointed with the time frame that it took for someone to come out to my home. I contacted the repair department in February and I continue having no show and mistakenly canceled my appointment by your computer when I tried to answer the message telling me the technician was unable to make the visit. I was also informed that I would be receiving an inconvenience compensation for the missing appointments, after I stated home all day waiting for a technician. This never happened and some how a denial was sent instead.
