Fast and efficient
I called the Sears repair number on a Thursday afternoon due to a washer problem. I was given an appointment for service on Friday morning, but it was soon rescheduled after it was determined a part was needed. So I was given a new appointment on Monday morning. Eli was polite and quickly did the repair. I would not hesitate to use this service again.
