Efren came in communicated very professionally. He assessed the situation after I confirmed what the symptoms were with the fridge. He quickly reacted to what the problem was explained it to me and proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. As a technician I feel he's a good representation of what you're looking for and someone to represent the company. If there's a possibility to bump his salary, please do. Thank you (Mike D)
