Friendly, polite and he knew what he was doing. After I explained the problem I was having with my washer he knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed the problem and was gone. We will definitely ask for him again if we have any problems with other appliances.

Nicolas was wonderful he explained everything so clearly he was caring and understanding about my situation. He explained what he was doing at every moment and why. He discussed the Sears plan that would cover my appliances and the discount on the work being done today asked upon the plan. Nicolas was professional and yet personable.
