Fred did a great job. Very personable! Would like to for him to carry parts in truck so customers don't have to wait a week to get machines fixed. Also he would have come out only once.

Service tech Alex S was great! Explained the service and attempted to fix machine, but ran into problems ordering new parts with the warranty program itself.. My overall experience trying to get repairs done under the protection agreement has been HORRIBLE!!! Several appointments made and Sears cancelled or no technician showing up. It's been a nightmare more than once for both appliances I have. Alex S has been the only positive in trying to get a repair completed. I still have no washer….

Great job. However, not Joe's fault, but this was the 4th attempt to get a tech to finish the job. We stayed home 4 days 8-5 just to be blown off. Very frustrating because only the AI could respond when we were trying to find out when the tech would arrive. You have lost a warranty customer when time for renewal
