Washer service
Mcleod arrived within the designated time. He was friendly and professional. The He front load washer we determined was ~20 years old and had stopped mid-cycle with water still in it and the door would not release. We'd tried everything from online and the manual to release the door to get the clothes out to no avail. Mcleod determined there were two failed components that would need to be ordered and cost over $800 for parts and labor. He gave us the option to go ahead or to chose not to have the repairs done... we chose NOT to have the repairs done. Mcleod left the work area the same as it was when he arrived, leaving no messes for us. We feel his was honest and forthright and would recommend him to anyone needing repairs.

The repairman came, on time. Gave me the cost of the repair, ordered the part and set up an appointment for installation. He then came back a week later and installed it. He was very professional. Refrigerator is working like new.
