He arrived on time got straight to work was very courteous and professional, and very knowledgeable. He stated what he thought. The problem was in the part that would be needed. He had been given the part today, but whoever assigned the part to the job assigned that dryer part to the washing machine that he was also repairing here today so he was able to repair the dryer. Just the ticket was kind of mixed up.
