Cornelius was personable, easy going, knew what was needed to be done after looking at the washer and did the repair. He ran the washer to double check there was other problem too. I would always want him to assist with my appliances.

Richard did an excellent job servicing my Kenmore dryer. The belt needed to be replaced. He completed the job in 40 minutes and left the workspace clean. He was also good about alerting me regarding his arrival.

Wow! Jeffery was exceptional! Had everything he needed and was very informative about our 10+ year old washer. Thank you Jeffery! You saved us money and time from getting a new one.
