Ronnie C came out on 5/22/2025 and did a complete tear down of my dryer. He only had to replace the thermal cutoff which was already replaced by Sears Direct Tech on 05/19/2025. Still under 30 day warranty for same issue. But I had to pay another $129 diagnostic due to first tech not annotating in their system. Ronnie did an amazing job, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and so far fixed my heating issue. I have to give Ronnie 5 Stars for his work but ZERO stars for Sears Direct not having the "under 30 day warranty" as stated by first Sears Tech on 05/19/2025 and on my CHAT conversation with Braylon(AI maybe) but I do have in writing no charge was are wanted. I have DISPUTED the two $129 charges, only one was warranted if the heating issue reoccurs.

Vic is amazing! He was able to troubleshoot and fixed my dryer vent connection issue in no time! He showed me what I did wrong when attaching the vent hose to the dryer. Once the issue was resolved, Vic gave me some tips to prevent the issue from recurring and timeliness for to have my dryer serviced. I would highly recommend Vic to service your dryer.
