Thank goodness for Edwin he is AWESOME! :) I had to rescheduled 5x from 02/07/2025 until today 05/19/2025. Plus my warranty expired Oct. 2025. I'm thinking if I should extend or NOT the warranty. WE DO NOT receive good customers service which is NOT Edwin's fault. Sears Home Services should hire more Technician to Accommodate Good Customer Service. Aloha! :)
