I had my (first) appointment at the beginning of May. Parts arrived three days later. Sat around the house (8 to 5). No one showed up. Had to reschedule. (second) appointment. Sat around the house (8 to 5). No one showed up. Had to reschedule. (third) appointment. Sat around the house (8 to 5). No one showed up. Had to reschedule. (fourth) appointment. The technician finally showed up. to do the repair. Brian did exceptional work and took time with me asking questions. Very professional. Need more professionals in this world like Brian. Problem with having to reschedule constantly before a technician finally showed up. Four reschedules and a month's waiting for repair work is poor service.
