Eric was working on a dryer with which he had no previous experience (a compact condensing dryer). He was very diligent in trying to find and fix the problem which was challenging. It seems to be working now for which I'm very grateful (and I suspect he's relieved). I know this wasn't an easy house call for him but appreciate his diligence in spite of many uncertainties and frustrations.
