Hector was so friendly pleasant, a very hard worker. And he calmed me down when I was upset that my warranty was not being found and that no live person was answering any of the telephone calls. Your whole experience with a computer and telephone calls. Surely needs to be upgraded. I've never been so frustrated and my whole entire life. Having to go through all of this, and that's not saying very much for the company.
