Dryer Repair
The job was well done, very efficient however due to over scheduling he was not able to arrive until 1:30. I had scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago. I should have been the first appointment or at least have the job finished by 12. However the work was excellent

Clifford was absolutely not only professional but skilled/ He was able to diagnose, explain (layman's terms) and give price to fix. I will come back to Sears Home Services if all your professional techs have the same work ethic...very hard, rare to find these days.
