Amazing Service.
As requested, Frank contacted me prior to his arrival at the house. He was prompt and in fact a bit early. He was professional and courteous at all times. He evaluated our dryer and gave a reasonable estimate as to the time and cost for repair. He performed the work in a professional and timely fashion. We felt completely at ease with Frank and trusted his opinion. We would highly recommend Frank for service repair and request him should need ever arise.

Bobby has 37 years experience and it shows. He got right on the faulty dryer and quickly found it was a fuse issue. He had the right replacement fuse and that was it.

Cedric your Service Tech is outstanding. But I have two issues. Our ice maker hasn't worked since April-over 7 weeks. Your Techs don't carry normal, replaceable parts on their truck-everything has to be a special order, Since we purchased the refrigerator in 2015, you replaced the ice maker 4 TIMES. There is NO follow up by anyone. I requested several times to speck toa CS supervisor. I was told someone will call - NO CALL Customer Service isn't your strength

Even though the scheduling app was a complete disaster, the technician was fantastic. We both had to work together because the AI bot completely got my address wrong and would not let me update it. But when we finally got him to the house he came in, got right to work, figured out the problem quickly. Presented us our options and was very professional the whole way through.
