Archie arrived to look at my icemaker after 3 days of appointments that were no shows.Thursday, Friday and Tuesday.After screaming at anyone that I could he was here on Wednesday. I explained my problem, he adjusted the ice tripper and it made about 3 times overnight, Today, maybe 2 times in all. It is still not working as it should be, but I will wait until the weekend is over to give it a fair chance of working correctly before I call for a follow-up. He had to stay here over an hour trying to get my approvable for my coverage that I have for several years. Such terrible service trying to talk to a human being, AI is not helping either.

Kris quickly tested our dishwasher and determined it was working exactly as designed. He then educated us on how new dishwashers function per federal regulations. Happy with Kris, not so much with the EPA.
