Loved my tech…..
……..and hated your website and your customer service. The AI sucks. My ability to find out what was going on was impossible. Scheduling the actual repair was ridiculous and waiting all day to find out my appointment had been cancelled was maddening. The tech was excellent both times he was here.

Nicholas faithfully kept in touch with us throughout the odyssey of ordering and (finally!) receiving the parts necessary to repair our washer. Unfortunately the Sears AI chat/text system sent us contradictory updates that our parts "would not arrive in time," even after the parts had, in fact, arrived! We were unable to correct that erroneous "parts will not arrive" message but Nicholas contacted us to confirm that he had learned the true status and was on his way to repair or washer at last. We are very grateful for his and other "live human" efforts.
