I was completely satisfied with the technicians and his assistant. They were polite, and you stole all the parts and cleaned up after the sale. I was completely satisfied with their service.

Ali was great. Service AI scheduling, however, sucks. Need a better system. I lost 2 days of work with " no show" technicians and then another full day waiting from "8-5". Ali came at 3:30. Richard Warren Sears would be horrified at this poor customer service.
